In Customer 101, we’ll show you how to better understand your customer by diving into customer discovery and learning whether your business idea is something people want and need.

Customer 101 is for you if:

• You have a business idea and want to make sure it has potential

• You want to learn more about the problem you’re trying to solve with your idea

• You want to learn who your potential customers are and what they want and need

Note: This workshop is designed for businesses that leverage technology (have some sort of tech element), but anyone is welcome to join (hint: almost all businesses use tech in some way!).
